Spring Medical Systems Partners With WFS Services, Inc. to Streamline Clinical Processes and Enhance Patient Care

Technology Integration Allows Small- and Medium-Sized Medical Practices to Transition to Electronic Health Records While Enhancing Back Office Efficiency and Profitability

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - August 7, 2007) - Spring Medical Systems, a leading provider of software solutions for small- and medium-sized medical practices, announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with WFS Services, Inc. to provide a comprehensive technology solution that meets both the financial and clinical needs of client practices. This integrated and cost-effective solution will allow small- to medium-sized medical practices to move to an electronic health records (EHR) solution and at the same time, to dramatically enhance financial and billing procedures.

Through the partnership, Spring Medical Systems' EHR application, SpringCharts®, will be integrated with WFS' revenue cycle management products to provide a single data entry point for a practice and a "one-to-one" relationship between clinical and financial systems. The solution will provide medical practices with a full scale offering to manage both the front office and back office technology requirements of a medical practice and will be offered through a comprehensive joint sales and marketing initiative.
